The K.M.R.D will have many functions of a healthy kidney and much more.
- Made mostly of durable silicon - Nano scanners and nano filters in the membrane to regulate and filter different particles and substances - Hormones will be released when necessary - Medical Report Feature: A nano chip that the local hospital can access will have information from the filters and scanners. Reports telling the patient about the condition of their body will to sent periodically. - Emergency Feature: A tracker will be placed in the artificial kidney so that in the rare occasion that the K.M.R.D. malfunctions or the body reaches dangerous conditions, ambulances can be sent automatically to the site. |

2. Organ Transplant Rejection
A method would need to be developed to suppress part of the human immune system to allow the K.M.R.D. to function properly but in turn can not prevent the human body from letting in foreign bacteria.
3. Scannning Nano Filters
A way to actually make these scanning nano filters function like real nephrons needs to be developed to make the K.M.R.D. work.
4. Outside Charging Power Source
A way to charge the nanotechnology from outside the kidney without taking the kidney out.

A method of refilling the drug that simulates hormones needs to be developed.
